How long does the battery last on a smart lock?
Battery life varies by product, usage and installation conditions.
Tedee PRO has a built-in rechargeable battery that provides approximately 6–10 months of operation and charges using its magnetic cable.
Tedee GO2 uses three replaceable CR123A batteries and provides approximately 6–8 months of operation.
The Tedee app provides a low-battery warning so you have time to recharge or replace the batteries before they are depleted.
Can I control my smart lock remotely or with voice commands?
Remote access and smart-home compatibility depend on the lock and connected accessories.
Tedee PRO can be controlled remotely and integrated with supported smart-home services when connected to a Tedee Bridge.
Tedee GO2 supports Matter over Thread with compatible firmware and a suitable Thread Border Router, allowing integration with platforms including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings.
